Smells bogus to me. The reason for not posting "the documents" is disingenuous, the photos looked manipulated to me (and they are always small rather than full resolution so you can't really check), etc.
I think John saw "The Blair Witch Project" too many times.
Perhaps..., but the fact is MKULTRA was very real and many of the things mentioned in the blog are fact.
